Method Heat oil in a large frying pan. Sautee onion, garlic and ginger for a few minutes until soft. Add Paprika, Chives, and Cabbage, sautee for a further few minutes Mix tomato paste with TVP and add salt/herbamare to season, then add TVP to the mix. Mix well for a few minutes then add the tomatoes and kidney beans and chilli paste. Simmer uncovered for 5 mins then serve with Coconut Rice. Options Add cooked potato chunks at the end. |
