Small 1/4 Cabbage, chopped

Can tomatoes

Can Kidney Beans

1/2 Cup TVP

1/2 Onion chopped

1/2 Red chilli sliced


2 Tspn Paprika

2 Tspn Chives

1 Tspn Garlic

1 Tspn Ginger

1 Tspn Chilli Paste

2 Tblspn Tomato Paste


Method


Heat oil in a large frying pan.

Sautee onion, garlic and ginger for a few minutes until soft.

Add Paprika, Chives, and Cabbage, sautee for a further few minutes

Mix tomato paste with TVP and add salt/herbamare to season, then add TVP to the mix.

Mix well for a few minutes then add the tomatoes and kidney beans and chilli paste.

Simmer uncovered for 5 mins then serve with Coconut Rice.


Options

Add cooked potato chunks at the end.
